Rang on Saturday after we realised we have a blockage outside drain. Came within 30 minutes and the blockage was identified and rectified within another 30 mins. Gave us the price upfront to make sure we were happy for him to come out. Really happy with the service, friendly and helpfully explained everything and ways to prevent this reoccurring.
